1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RenewalCheck.ca (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

RenewalCheck provides AI-generated analysis of insurance and mortgage documents for general informational purposes only. RenewalCheck is not a licensed insurance broker, agent, or advisor. The reports generated by the Service do not constitute insurance, legal, or financial advice. You must consult a licensed professional before making any coverage decisions.

3. AI-Generated Content

Reports are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Coverage details, premiums, exclusions, endorsements, and recommendations should always be verified against your actual policy wording and confirmed with your licensed broker or insurer.

4. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenewalCheck and its operators accept no liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any report. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5. Quote Requests

When you request competing quotes, you authorize RenewalCheck to share the policy details you’ve provided with selected Canadian insurance providers. Providers respond directly to your inbox; RenewalCheck is not a party to any subsequent insurance contract.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Single reports are billed once per analysis. Unlimited subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previously paid periods.

7. Refunds

Single reports are non-refundable once analysis has begun. If a report fails to generate due to a technical issue on our end, we will either retry the analysis or refund the purchase.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload documents you do not have the right to share, use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models, or share your account credentials with others.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@renewalcheck.ca.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
